1. Free Up Your Evenings
One of the perks of the time change is that we get an extra hour of daylight in the evening. Make the most of this time by scheduling yourself to have more free time at the end of the day. Tackle things like household chores, errands, and exercise in the morning when it’s dark out so your evenings are free.
2. Enjoy More Time Outside
