When it comes to desserts we’re pretty much obsessed, but unfortunately we know all too well that too much of a good thing is bad, especially when swimsuit season is just around the corner! Since giving up sweets all together isn’t really our thing, we thought we’d try this fun alternative to regular ice cream pops. Simply cut ripe bananas in half, put them on popsicle sticks and dip them in melted chocolate before placing them on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Lastly, add toppings of your choice before the chocolate sets and pop them in the freezer for an hour or two until they are frozen throughout. You can get creative with your toppings, but some of our favorites were peanut butter chips, candy-coated sunflower seeds, coconut and chopped peanuts.
