Holiday Inspired Cocktails

1) Caribbean Styled Cocktail
In a shaker add the following ingredients:
2-3 pieces of pineapple, crushed with a pestle
2 fresh mint leaves
3/4 oz of sugarcane syrup
3/4 oz of lime juice
2 oz of pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz of Chic Choc rum
Shake vigorously.
Serve strained, on ice, in a highball glass. Top it off with soda and decorate with a mint leaf.
Add dry ice.

2) Raspberry Mint Julep
Mix together the following:
2 fresh mint leaves
1 oz of Vergé Boiron raspberry purée
1/2 oz of sugarcane syrup
1/2 oz of lime juice
1 oz of Jim Beam bourbon
1/2 oz of Chambord liqueur
Pour into a boston glass and stir.
Put a little bourbon into half of an inside out lime and light a flame.
Decorate it with a mint leaf. Add dry ice.

3) Vodka Quartz & Aperol Cocktail
In a shaker, add the following ingredients:
1/8 of a grapefruit, pressed
1 oz of Vergé Boiron peach purée
1/2 oz of lime juice
1 oz of Quartz vodka
1/2 oz of Aperol liqueur
Shake and serve strained, in a martini glass decorated with a morello cherry and a splash of blackberry syrup.

4) Sparkling Wine & Vodka Cocktail
In a shaker, add:
1/2 oz of maple syrup
1/2 oz of lemon juice
1 1/2 oz of apple juice
1 oz of Quartz vodka
1/2 oz of Lillet Blanc
Shake and serve strained in a champagne glass.
Fill with sparkling wine and decorate with maple cotton candy.
