RECIPES:

1) Caribbean-Styled Cocktail

In a shaker, add:

  • 2-3 pieces of pineapple, crushed with a pestle
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • ¾ oz sugarcane syrup
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ oz Chic Choc rum

Shake vigorously and serve strained, on ice, in a Highball glass.

Top it off with soda and decorate with a mint leaf.

Add dry ice.


2) Raspberry-Mint Julep

Stir the following ingredients into a Boston glass:

  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz Vergé Boiron raspberry purée
  • ½ oz sugarcane syrup
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 oz Jim Beam bourbon
  • ½ oz Chambord liqueur

Sift above a brandy glass filled with ice (half dry ice, half fresh ice).

Pour a little bourbon into half of an inside out lime and light a flame.

Decorate with a mint leaf.


3) Vodka Quartz & Aperol Cocktail

In a shaker, add:

  • 1/8 grapefruit, pressed
  • 1 oz Vergé Boiron peach purée
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 oz Quartz vodka
  • ½ oz Aperol liqueur

Shake and serve strained in a martini glass

Add a morello cherry and a splash of blackberry syrup.

Decorate with a slice of lime.


4) Sparkling Wine & Vodka Cocktail

In a shaker, add:

  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 1 ½ oz apple juice
  • 1 oz Quartz vodka
  • ½ oz Lillet Blanc

Shake and serve strained in a champagne glass.

Fill with sparkling wine and decorate with maple cotton candy.
